The Transcription factor Zeb2 ia required to maintain tissue-specific identities of macrophages [microarray]

Microarray, Bulk RNA Sequencing and Single cell RNA Sequencing of different murine tissue-resident macrophage populations to assess role of Zeb2 and LXRa Microarray = 4 replicates of alveolar Macrophages and 3 of Microglia. These were compared with previously published data (GSE75225, GSE76999 and GSE15907) to identify core macrophage profile. The file normalized_data_allsamples.txt available at the foot of this record contains the normalized values for the new samples included in this series and all re-analyzed samples.
