Engineering a dimeric single-domain antibody for improved detection and neutralization of amyloid-β oligomers

This repository contains the raw numerical data supporting the manuscript titled: "Engineering a dimeric single-domain antibody for improved detection and neutralization of amyloid-β oligomers", submitted to Communications Biology. The files provided here consist of the Source Data (Excel files) used to generate the figures presented in the study. The data is organized as follows: - Structure: Each Excel file is subdivided into sheets corresponding to specific main and supplementary figures. - Data Content: Each sheet contains the raw values and individual replicates for both in vitro biochemical assays and cell-based experiments. - Organization: Every worksheet corresponds to the raw data obtained for the specific image or panel referenced in the manuscript. Please note that additional supplementary materials, including unprocessed Western Blot and Dot Blot images, have been submitted directly to the journal.
