资源简介:
RNA-seq was used to identify basal and luminal subtypes in canine bladder cancer. In addition to larger gene-sets, a smaller panel of genes was developed to stratify canine samples into either basal or luminal subtype prospectively. Immune signature patterns were queried in basal and luminal subtypes. Overall design: Canine normal urothelial cells (n=4) were compared to canine invasive urothelial carcinoma samples (n=29). DEGs were identified, and overlapping genes with those that predict basal and luminal subtypes in human breast cancer were used to identify the subtypes in canine tissues.
