Value of AUM in balanced schemes India 2018-2019

As of March 2019, the assets under management in the various balanced schemes in India amounted to approximately two trillion Indian rupees. This marked a growth of 4.9 percent compared to the previous financial year. Balanced Schemes distribute the capital gains and income that they earn periodically, thus providing both growth and further income. These schemes invest in stocks, bonds as well as other money market components to make a hybrid fund.
