We analyzed the characteristics including human leukocyte antigen (HLA) alleles, signal-joint T cell receptor excision circle (sjTREC) levels, the proportion of CD3+CD45RA+CD31+ T cells, and the naive T cell TCR CDR3 repertoire in the peripheral blood of volunteers across different age groups, investigated their associations with the immune response to SARS-CoV-2 inactivated vaccine, and comparatively analyzed the dynamic changes in the T cell receptor beta chain (TCR beta) CDR3 repertoire before and after primary vaccination, after the second dose, and before and after the booster dose.
