This project is the results of RNA sequencing about human transcriptome based on hepatocellular cells Huh7. ISG12a expression was knockdown using the hairpin shRNA plasmid shISG12a. Thus, Huh7 cells were transfected with shISG12a or the negative control shCtrl, respectively . These submitted clean reads, that were screened by Internal software SOAPnuke V1.5.2, excluded reads with adaptors, unknown bases more than 5%, and low quality.
