Replication package for "Label-free identification of bacterial species using adapted vision transformers"

A replication package for “Label-free identification of bacterial species using adapted vision transformers”. It contains the experiment results, the phase-contrast image data and the code to reproduce all deep learning experiments in the paper, in addition to generating all plots. It also includes the trained deep learning model from the representative median run used to generate the confusion matrices presented in the paper. The code and experiment results described in S1 and S2 Documents are also included. The autofluorescence data, the sample gallery and the dependency Apptainer image are available in the second package: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23255985. Extract both ZIP files into the same directory and see README.md for instructions.
