Preferred measures of covering skill gaps in companies in the CEE region 2018

The most preferred approach in companies in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region to cover a potential skills gap was retraining or upskilling. Nevertheless, 19 percent of business leaders believed that establishing a pipeline direct from education could also be an efficient option.
