This study combined traditional analysis method and 454-pyrosequencing technology, EEM method, FTIR methods to find out dynamic changes of microbial communities, physicochemical properties, material structure and their connection under during different C/N ratio composting. It benefit to promoting the whole development of fertilizer industry.
