Gasoline transportation distance of cargo ships in Japan in FY 2010-2017

In fiscal year 2017, the payload distance of gasoline transported via cargo ships in Japan amounted to around 20.5 billion ton-kilometers. That year, cargo ships were the transportation mode with the largest freight distance in the country after motor vehicles.
