资源简介:
Abstract:Innovation is the source of sustainable competitive advantage for manufacturing enterprises. Digital transformation has brought both opportunities and challenges to the innovation of manufacturing enterprises. How manufacturing enterprises can empower their innovation performance through digital transformation is the focus of both theoretical and practical studies. The study investigates the mechanism and boundary conditions of digital transformation's impact on innovation performance in manufacturing firms, drawing on theories of digital empowerment and dynamic capability. A questionnaire survey was conducted to gather data from 236 manufacturing firms. The validity of the collected data was ensured through rigorous screening. Subsequently, statistical analysis and model validation were performed using SPSS, AMOS, and STATA software. The findings suggest that the business process digitization has a significant positive impact on innovation performance. However, there is a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between the product service digitization and innovation performance; Organizational resilience comprises the capability to adapt and the capability to beyond, both of which play a positive moderating role in the relationship between digital transformation and innovation performance. The study extends the research on the relationship and boundary conditions of the impact of digital transformation and innovation performance, which holds scientific and practical value for the implementation of digital transformation and innovation in enterprises.
