Black winter truffles: harvest volume in different EU countries 2012-2016

This statistic shows the volume of winter truffles harvested in selected countries of the European Union from 2012 to 2016. During the agricultural period 2015/2016, Spain produced more than 40 tons of truffles. France and Italy were also two of the most important producers in the European Union, with a collective production volume of 45 tons.
