Genetic interactions among native and introduced stocks of Oncorhynchus mykiss in the Upper Willamette River, Oregon

This dataset (S1) includes microsatellite genotypes for baseline samples of 1) native UWR winter steelhead; 2) native rainbow trout; 3) non-native summer steelhead; 4) non-native winter steelhead, and juvenile fish assigning to these groups collected from the UWR in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2014. A map (S2) is included, which provides numbered site locations that relate to individual sample collections and data of S1. Baseline data used for HYBRIDDETECTIVE analyses are provided in S3.
