Soybean and maize rhizosphere 16S rRNA raw sequence reads

16S rRNA amplicon sequencing of fresh rhizosphere soil from soybean and maize were carried out to study the community composition and identify species of different rarity group in both crops , isolation and cultivation of rhizosphere soil were further proceeded to study the percentage of culturable bacteria of whole community in soybean and maize rhizosphere.
