The development of shoot apical meristem controled by flowering related gene MEB2 and PCH1 in Arabidopsis

The single mutant of pch1 and double mutant meb2pch1 in Arabidopsis showed early flowering phenotype compare to the wild type. Histological analysis indicated that both genes affect the initial transition of shoot apical meristem during the reproductive stage. Thereby, we collected the shoot apical meristem materials from the early flowering phenotype of pch1 and pch1meb2 homozygous mutant to conduct the transcriptome analysis. Our goal is to despher the potential genes invoved in pch1 and meb2 regulated flowering phenotype.
