Blueberry Creek Hydrometric (LCKBLU01H)

This dataset contains hydrometric data for Blueberry Creek. This site is part of the Columbia Basin Water Monitoring Framework program (CBWMF). The CBWMF is a coordinated monitoring network that tracks how climate change and other impacts are affecting water supply for communities and ecosystems across the Canadian Columbia Basin region. Monitoring at this site increases the coverage of the "Mid elevation, warm-cool, dry, and predominately forested watersheds" (Group LCK 2B) which the 2023 CBWMD Data Gap Analysis of the Lower Columbia-Kootenay Hydrologic Region identified as underrepresented in the pre-existing monitoring network. Blueberry Creek was selected for monitoring based on fish habitat values as identified by the Local Reference Group. Monitoring has been initiated, data will be uploaded in 2024.
