ChIP-seq DNA libraries were constructed by HNRNPK antibody to immunoprecipitate the fragment DNA in H1299 cells

The typical peak annotation pie chart showed that more than half of the peaks fall into enhancer regions (intergenic and intronic regions), and 6.71% of the peaks are in promoter regions. Moreover, the typical transcription start site (TSS) enrichment plot showed that the IP fragments are mainly enriched at TSS, compared to the input fragments. Importantly, the ChIP-seq data showed that the recruitment of HNRNPK was mostly enriched at upstream and downstream of TSS of the CLCN3 promoter region.
