Each row represents one construction employer with aggregated violation counts by classification (willful, repeat, serious, other-than-serious), initial and current penalty totals, inspection counts, enforcement date ranges, gravity scores, parent-company rollup, and cross-agency indicators showing which employers have enforcement records at multiple federal agencies. Construction sub-sectors covered: NAICS 236 (Building Construction), 237 (Heavy and Civil Engineering), and 238 (Specialty Trade Contractors).
