资源简介:
To achieve the rapid and simultaneous determination of amide alcohol and nitroimidazole drug residues in chicken, a high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) analytical detection technique was established in this paper. The chicken samples were homogenized and crushed, pre-mixed and dispersed with water, extracted with acetonitrile, purified in one step with a Captiva EMR-Lipid solid-phase extraction column, and determined by HPLC-MS/MS. The amide alcohol and nitroimidazole drugs were quantified by the matrix-matched standard solution internal standard method and the matrix-matched standard solution external standard method, respectively. The amide alcohol and nitroimidazole drugs showed good linear relationships within the concentration range of 0.3 to 10.0 μg/kg. The detection limits were both 0.1 μg/kg, and the quantification limits were both 0.3 μg/kg. At the levels of 1.0、2.0 and 5.0 μg/kg, the recovery rates of the amide alcohol drugs ranged from 95.5% to 105.8%, and the recovery rates of the nitroimidazole drugs ranged from 82.4% to 109.3%, with relative standard deviations ranging from 0.4% to 10.1%. This method is simple and rapid, and meets the relevant regulations and requirements for the detection of amide alcohol and nitroimidazole drug residues in chicken.
