Real estate cadastre district Kleve

Kreis Klever Data of the property cadastre.
The data is provided in Shape format and as a WMS/WFS service.
There are 7 different layers in the shape records.
Layer Land parcel with the land parcel geometry, object names (district, land parcel and land parcel number) and location designations; Layer Flurstück_Punkt as Flurstück but without geometry, only with one point within the Flurstück;
Layer BuildingsBuilding with the geometry of the buildings and the location designation;
Layer cadastral district with the geometries and designations of the districts and the land boundaries;
Layer usage with the cross-zonal usage types;
Layer UsageFlurst with the intersected types of use including sub-areas of use in the parcel of land and
Layer Manage_Unit with the municipal boundaries.
The data is available as shape data in municipalities (and districts) and is updated monthly (every first Saturday of the month).

The Property Map, the Official Base Map and the Estimation Map are available as WMS services. The geometry of the property map is available as a WFS service.
The data of the WMS and WFS service are up-to-date on a daily basis.
