The Digital Chain Dataset for Pollutant Discharge Permits in the Mercury Smelting Industry is a collection of simulated filling documents developed in compliance with the technical specifications for pollutant discharge permits in the mercury smelting industry, comprising two subsets: correctly simulated filling records and incorrectly simulated filling records for the mercury smelting industry. Its content primarily includes documents such as basic information, production units, names of production facilities for production lines, process names, names of pollutant-generating links, and permitted emission limits. After data cleaning and annotation, this dataset is used for training intelligent algorithm models, which can quickly identify erroneous links in users' permit filling submissions, with the identification target achieved only when the correct version is recognized as having zero errors. This dataset boosts work efficiency by 1000% to 1500% compared with manual operations. It can also serve as a standard filling template as a supplementary document to national regulatory specifications. Deployed in the Intelligent Management System for Pollutant Discharge Permit Informatization and the Comprehensive Digital Management System for Enterprise Environmental Protection, this dataset greatly improves the efficiency and quality of pollutant discharge permit issuance work conducted by ecological environment bureaus, as well as enhances the implementation quality of enterprises' pollutant discharge permits and the efficiency of their filling operations.
