Processed PhenoCycler single-cell protein expression matrix of brain metastases

This dataset contains a processed single-cell protein expression matrix generated from PhenoCycler multiplexed imaging of human brain metastasis specimens. The dataset includes deidentified cell identifiers, sample identifiers, spatial centroid coordinates, and mean cellular expression values for protein markers used in downstream cell annotation, regional comparison, cellular composition, and spatial neighborhood analyses.
