Co-deposition of bismuth-nitrogen films on MgO(001) by molecular beam epitaxy

Data set used in this paper in the raw form can be found here:

AES.xlsx: This file contains the raw data for AES spectra shown in the paper in Fig. 2(a). The first column indicates the energy (eV) and second and third column indicate dN/dE for sample S4 and S1 respectively. This file can be open by any spread sheet opener.

RHEED profile.xlsx: This contains the data set for RHEED line profile presented in Fig. 2(a) and (b). The first column represents the reciprocal lattice value while second and third column represent the intesity for MgO substrate and Bi sample respectively. The sheet 1 consist of data along MgO [100] direction and sheet 2 consist of data along MgO [110] direction.

XRD.xlsx: Raw data for XRD pattern shown in Fig. 7(a), (b) and (c). Sheet1, sheet 2 and Sheet 3 contain data for sampple S1, S2, and S4 respectively. The first column is  2 theta value (in degree) and second column is corresponding intensity. The data is background substracted but not angle corrected.

Bismuths side/top view.cmdx: Crystal structure for Bi(110) shown in Fig. 5. The side view and top view of bismuth are separately uploaded here. These files were prepared in CrystalMaker software  and can be open using it.

AFM image-6(a/b).mi: Unprocessed AMF data presented in Fig. 6 (a/b) in the paper. This (.mi) file can be open by Gwyddion software.
