The purpose of the study is to evaluate a panel of eight freeze-dried genomic DNA materials extracted from cell lines known to carry either wildtype KRAS or a common KRAS mutation. The ultrasensitive NGS protocol SiMSen-Seq was used to measure Variant Allele Frequencies of provided KRAS standards.
