Database of a literature review on dispersal and gene flow in anadromous salmonids

This repository gathers the databases and R script used for the literature review titled "Dispersal and gene flow in anadromous salmonids: a systematic review" and published in the journal Ecology of Freshwater Fish (Article DOI: 10.1111/EFF.12811). The database named "Supplementary_material2" contains the 228 original research studies included in the review (based on Atlantic salmon, Coho salmon, Chum salmon, Pink salmon, Sockeye salmon, Chinook salmon, Steelhead trout, and Brown trout). The database named "Supplementary_material3" contains the estimated values of emigration rates, immigration rates, and gene flow collected from 183 studies of the review.
