Shibire Questionnaire (Prototype)

"Shibire" is a Japanese term primarily used to describe abnormal sensations. It can refer not only to an abnormal sensation of pin and neddles or tingling, but also to numbness or sence of motor weakness. This prototype questionnaire has been created to develop a more refined questionnaire for assessing the nature of "Shibire" and the disability caused by "Shibire" in daily life.
