Multifocal, multiphenotypic tumours arising from an MTOR mutation acquired in early embryogenesis

This R dataset contains a Seurat object with scRNA-seq counts and metadata associated with data generated from four tumours, histologically normal kidney, and blood samples from a patient with multifocal renal disease.
