Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City

Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City was successfully applied for World Heritage on July 6, 2019, marking a new milestone in the conservation of earthen ruins. However, the problem of microbial diseases at Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City cannot be ignored, and serious microbial diseases occurred at Laohuling Site, Southern City Wall Site, Qiuwu Site, Tangshan Site and Liyushan Site. We took microbial samples for microbial diversity analysis and conducted association analysis combined with soil physicochemical properties.
