Supplementary data 10. Functional enrichment of the module containing HLA genes

The HLA genes are regulated by at least 10 AiD associated SNPs. Functional module containing HLA genes is highly enriched for immune system related pathways and biological processes. The shared central genes in the module play crucial roles in the biological processes linked to immune system. Here, we provided the details of proteins, GO and KEGG pathways enrichment results of the HLA module. Also, we have provided the SNPs targetting shared central HLA genes.

人类白细胞抗原（HLA）基因的表达受至少10个与AI-D相关的单核苷酸多态性（SNPs）调控。包含HLA基因的功能模块在免疫系统相关通路和生物过程中高度富集。该模块中共享的核心基因在连接免疫系统的生物过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。在此，我们提供了HLA模块中蛋白质、基因本体（GO）和京都基因与基因组百科全书（KEGG）通路富集的详细信息。同时，我们还提供了针对共享核心HLA基因的SNPs的目标信息。
