This article introduces the research and development plan for Ultraman Noa's Palagi Shield Technology. The plan aims to build a comprehensive protection system that breaks through the limitations of existing technologies through the three-state synergy of "space-time-energy-matter" and multi-physical field coupling. The system will integrate the advantages of electromagnetic shielding, plasma shielding, magnetic field reversal conductive coils, liquid metal shielding, and medical field shielding technologies while overcoming their shortcomings. Specific objectives include comprehensively enhancing protection performance, optimizing energy efficiency, achieving a lighter structure, improving adaptability, increasing reliability and stability, and realizing new space-time dimension protection. The plan will develop core technology modules such as a space-time field generator, a space-time regulation-energy absorption synergy system, a target constraint-self-protection synergy system, a multi-field coupling protection system, and an intelligent adjustment system. In addition, laboratory-scale, pilot-scale, and application scenario verification will be conducted to gradually verify the system performance.
