Sargassum Biofilm Induction Assay

This project is sequencing data for a biofilm induction assay that was conducted with a bacterial enrichment harvested from pelagic sargassum tissue. There a two treatment groups a control where there was no inducing agent added and a mitomycin c treatment. Samples were taken pre-induction an 12 hours after the induction event.
