This study was undertaken to determine the profile of genomes following induction of the parasexual cycle in Candida albicans SC5314 background tetraploids. These tetraploid cells included those that were functionall wildtype and those lacking SPO11. The production of aneuploidy and recombinant genomes in these parasexual progeny was assessed using ddRAD-Seq.
