RNA-seq dataset of TRAFD1 knockdown in THP-1 cell lines compared to THP1 cell lines treated with non targeting siRNA (SCR) and untreated cells (WT), under unstimulated and stimulated (LPS) conditions. THP-1 cell lines were grown in triplicate for each condition and treatment. The cells were left untreated (WT), or treated with non-targeting siRNA (SCR) or siRNA to target TRAFD1 (TRAFD1 KD. 2). Then the cells were left unstimulated (media) or treated with 10ng/ml of LPS. All the treatments were performed in triplicated.
