PANDA-CMS: A Pediatric Annotated Dataset for Automated Tumor Segmentation and Cerebellar Mutism Syndrome Prediction

Postoperative Cerebellar Mutism Syndrome (CMS) is a significant complication for children undergoing posterior fossa tumor resection. While MRI features like lesion location and peduncle integrity correlate with CMS, developing robust predictive models is hampered by the rarity of cases and the intensive effort required for data curation. To address this, we present a public dataset of 104 preoperative pediatric posterior fossa tumor MRIs with segmentation masks and clinical data.
