Data for: Just urban futures? Exploring equity in "100 Resilient Cities"

This excel spreadsheet contains an original analytical framework that can be used to conduct equity-focused content analysis on urban plans. While the framework was designed with City Resilience Strategies in mind, most criteria will be applicable to a variety of urban plans, and issue-specific supplementary criteria can be added at the discretion of researchers. Additionally, this file contains the numerical results of a plan evaluation we conducted on 31 City Resilience Strategies released under the "100 Resilient Cities - Pioneered by the Rockefeller Foundation" initiative.
