KL tracking

This archive contains the data and analysis software supporting the manuscript "Energy tracking in a turbulent channel flow using Karhunen–Loeve analysis." The package includes the numerical datasets used in the analysis, together with two Jupyter notebooks that reproduce the one-dimensional and two-dimensional figures and tables presented in the paper. The notebooks also allow users to examine energy-transfer profiles for arbitrary streamwise and spanwise wave numbers, modify averaging windows, and regenerate the associated publication-quality figures. The archive is intended to provide a complete reproducibility package for the study and to facilitate further investigation of energy transfer, spectral interactions, and scale locality in turbulent channel flow using the Karhunen–Loeve decomposition.
