Transcriptomic changes in CRC1 and CRC2 patient-derived CRC 3D models after CRISPRi-based KAT2A knockdown

We were interested in transcriptional changes after depletion of histone acetyltransferase KAT2A in human colorectal cancer. Therefore, we utilized patient-derived CRC 3D spheroids CRC1 and CRC2 as models, and analyzed global alterations of gene expression. RNA-Sequencing from CRC1/CRC2 cells stably expressing dCas9-KRAB-GFP after transduction with either a sgRNA against a non-targeting control (NTC) or human KAT2A. Experiment was performed in biologically independent triplates.
