Targeted nanopore sequencing by real-time mapping of raw electrical signal with UNCALLED

Targeted sequencing runs and controls from UNCALLED ReadUntil experiments with the Oxford Nanopore MinION. Includes High Molecular Weight Zymo Mock Community runs with bacterial genomes depleted in the UNCALLED runs, and GM12878 runs with a panel of 148 target genes enriched in the UNCALLED runs. Control runs consist of standard MinION runs of Zymo and GM12878.
