Assessment of olfactory signaling gene evolution in baleen whales

Contains DNA sequences and alignments for eight chemosensory genes from baleen and toothed whales. Also contains trees used for PAML analysis and orthogroup identification. Jauhal_et_al_Mol_Ecol_analysis.zip contains the code and data needed to reproduce the main figures and tables from the analysis.
