Impact of benzoapyrene and ionizing radiation on gene expression of MCF7 cells

Transcriptomic gene expression analysis of MCF7 cells stimulated for 120 h with benzoapyrene, ionizing radiation or nothing To investigate the gene expression profile of MCF7 cells upon exposure to benzoapyrene and ionizing radiation, MCF7 cells were exposed or unexposed for 120 h to 1 µM benzoapyrene, 5 Gy ionizing radiation or nothing. We then performed comparative gene expression profiling analysis using RNA-seq data obtained from 3 independent experiments.
