Microbial ecology of alfalfa, radish, rapeseed sprout

This sequence data was result from the study analyzing 16S rRNA gene of microbiome DNA from 70 sprout samples which was purchased in South Korea market. The aim of this research was to understand the microbial ecology of sprouts which has potential hazard of food-borne diseases as well as whether different types, brand, and purchasing channel affect the microbial ecology of sprouts.
