Datasets for spawning ground identification model

We proposed a multi-scale framework for fish spawning habitats identification. First, potential spawning reaches are initially identified at the basin scale through an integrated analysis of environmental similarity and spatial autocorrelation (SA), followed by precise pinpointing of spawning sites at the river scale through a comprehensive spawning suitability index (CSSI) evaluation that incorporated hydrodynamics, water quality and substrate factors.
