Pairwise RMSD matrices for the database at 30% sequence identity and 50% coverage

This archive includes pairwise root mean squared deviation (RMSD) matrices, which are outputs from the database created by the DANCE application. These matrices cover the entire PDB at 30% identity and 50% coverage. For ensemble-related files, the naming convention begins with 'ID1_ID2_', where ID1 is the first member in alphabetical order and ID2 serves as the reference for the structural alignment.
