Comparison of different amphiphilic DNA-nanomotifs

Microscope data of DNA-nanomotifs (color channel 1) after the addition of different amphiphilic star-motifs. Star-motifs were modified nanomotifs containing a negative charge in the form of a phosphate- or a poly-T-extension. Imaging was performed at an ambient temperature of 40°C inside the microscope enclosure. The repository contains microscope software data (NIS elements) and a script used for segmentation of the DNA-droplets.
