BALL BEARING DATA SET WITH AND WITHOUT FAULTS IN THE INNER AND OUTER RACE

The vibration signal data collected from bearings of different health conditions and machine speed ranging from 600 to 3000 rpm. In this experiment 36 samples were collected in MATLAB format, where 4 samples are from the healthy bearings, 16 with inner race failure and 16 with outer race failure. The failures were caused by electrodischarge with diameters ranging from 1 to 2.8 mm. The vibration signal was acquired at a sampling frequency of 3000 samples/second and the signal length was 5000 points.本数据集包含来自不同健康状态轴承的振动信号数据，对应机器转速范围为600至3000转每分钟（rpm）。本次实验共采集了36个MATLAB格式的样本，其中4个样本来自健康轴承，16个样本带有轴承内圈故障，16个样本带有轴承外圈故障。上述故障均通过电火花工艺制备，故障直径介于1至2.8毫米之间。振动信号的采样频率为3000样本/秒，单条信号的长度为5000个数据点。
