RNA-Seq study of Hypothalamus from intact and castrated Spring and Autumn migratory Buntings

We report the mRNA found in hypothalamus tissue of Spring and Autumn migratory Buntings. The aim of this study was to investigate how the castrations affects mRNA makeup of hypothalamus tissue varies under different seasonal migratory states. Overall design: Study of total mRNA from hypothalamus in intact and castrated seasonal migrants, using Illumina sequencing.
