本数据集为退牧还草工程工程边界，国家在内蒙古、新疆、青海、甘肃、四川、西藏、宁夏、云南8省区和新疆生产建设兵团启动退牧还草工程，其中，新疆和内蒙古涉及的县（旗、团场）数量最多。空间坐标为WGS1984经纬度。

This dataset contains the boundary data of the Grazing Retirement and Grassland Restoration Project. The Chinese government launched this project in eight provincial-level administrative regions including Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu, Sichuan, Tibet, Ningxia and Yunnan, as well as the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC). Among these areas, Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia have the largest number of covered counties, banners and regimental farms. The spatial coordinates of the dataset adopt the WGS1984 longitude-latitude coordinate system.
