Experimental Datasets and NLME Modeling Code for Cobetia sp. MM1IDA2H-1 Growth and Biofilm Studies

This dataset contains experimental data and R scripts associated with the study on the growth kinetics and biofilm formation of Cobetia sp. MM1IDA2H-1 under varying pH and temperature conditions. It includes: Growth curves measured under different temperatures and pH levels. Biofilm formation data across pH and temperature conditions. R scripts used for non-linear and mixed-effects modeling. The files are organized as raw data and analysis-ready datasets. Additional preliminary datasets are included for completeness.
