Improved constraints on Andean Glaciations from the Lake Titicaca continental drilling record

This repository contains supporting data products and analysis materials associated with the manuscript “Improved constraints on Andean glaciations from the Lake Titicaca continental drilling record,” submitted to Paleoceanography and Paleoclimatology.The archive includes sedimentary proxy datasets used in the manuscript analyses and figures, dewatering calculations used to evaluate sediment compaction and water-content corrections, and Jupyter notebooks implementing dynamic time-warping analyses used to compare and align sedimentary proxy records. These files provide the processed analysis products, derived datasets, and computational workflows needed to reproduce the manuscript’s key data comparisons and figure outputs.Previously published datasets incorporated into the analyses are cited in the manuscript and should be referenced through their original publications and repositories. This Zenodo archive is intended to document the derived analysis products and code generated for the present study.
