This data file consists of the average daily hot water use of 39 homes distributed throughout Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin. Thirty-five of the homes had solar water heaters and 4 had heat pump water heaters installed. The water use was monitored for just over one year. The data file consists of two columns: (1) number of household occupants, and (2) daily water use (L/day).\nLineage: Acquired by Energy Business Unit
